Dear Prospective NSLS-ll and CFN Users’ Meeting Exhibitor,

On behalf of the NSLS-ll and CFN Users’ Executive Committees, we invite you to participate in the 2020 NSLS-ll and CFN Users’ Meeting. The Meeting will be held May 18-20, on-site at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, New York. 

This year's meeting continues to focus on the exciting new prospects and the continuing excellence of the NSLS-ll and CFN User facilities. The program includes invited talks, workshops, poster sessions, and exhibits highlighting new technology and instrumentation - all offering opportunities to learn about the latest developments in synchrotron and nanoscience experimentation.

WELCOME RECEPTION: As usual the Welcome Reception will be held on Monday evening, May 18th from 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The reception will include heavy hors d’oeurvres and soft drinks.

In an effort to increase your interaction with the meeting participants, the following options are available: 

1. Each vendor will receive tickets to give to everyone who visits their table. Participants will be instructed that they need to ask a question to receive a ticket. The tickets will be entered into a drawing to take place on Wednesday afternoon.

2. We also plan to provide each company exhibiting at this year’s meeting with 3 additional tickets to the Welcome Reception, which can be used to invite your BNL contacts.

3. Opportunities for demo presentations during lunch hour each day of the meeting. (All lunches will be served at Berkner Hall between 11:30 am - 12:30 pm). Availability will be on a first come basis. 

4. You may be aware that BNL currently does not have on-site food service and the cafeteria is no longer serving food at the cafeteria, but the BNL community still has access to Berkner Hall. In light of this, the meeting organizers will be offering snacks and beverages to the general BNL community daily throughout the meeting. We trust that this will encourage the flow of BNL traffic at Berkner Hall. Also as mentioned above, lunch for all meeting attendees will be served at Berkner Hall daily.

5. As in the past, the networking session will continue to be offered to the BNL technical community.

$1700 – 10' exhibitor space (areas # 15, 16, 18, 49, and 55)

$1500 – 6' table top only - Lobby (tables #1-12, 19, 52, 53)

$1500 – 6' table top or standing displays – Lobby (tables # 13, 14, 17, 50, and 51)

$1400 – 6' table/area, table top or standing displays – Cafeteria (tables # 20-48)

$500 – 6' table/area, table top or standing display – workshop locations (CFN, Bldg. 735; Physics, Bldg. 510; Computational Sciences Initiative, Bldg. 725 - tables # 56 – 69)

Please note: Tables 1, 53, 55 DO NOT have electricity available.

All tabletop displays should not exceed 6' in height including table.

To insure that you get your choice of location please submit payment as early as possible. Display spaces are very limited. Tables will be assigned when payment is received.
