Add any other relative information…

The Users Executive Committee has provided a limited budget for speaker travel support. We are able to cover the following expenses (or we can cover up to $$ toward your travel expenses). The registration fee will be waived, and breakfast and lunch will be provided during the meeting.

We hope you are able, available, and willing to participate in the workshop. We believe your expertise will greatly benefit the users and the scientific community. It would be greatly appreciated if you would let us know by Friday, February 28th or sooner.

If you accept our invitation, we strongly encourage you to arrange your travel (air and lodging) with the assistance of our User Office, and not to make arrangements on your own. Information on logistics will be provided once we finalize the agenda of the workshop.

We also ask that you plan to attend as much of the meeting as possible. In addition to the exciting workshop talks, there will be interesting talks during the plenary session, the exhibitor reception and poster session, and the annual users’ meeting banquet. More information can be found on the meeting website!
